The fieldbus HART is the leading communication technology used with smart process instrumentation today. It is based on the conventional analogue data technology 4...20 mA. HART defines the communication protocol between the today intelligent digital field devices and a control system.

Our fast isHRT USB interface was designed as a mobile solution for set-up and configuration. Optionally a device type manager is delivered to integrate the interface into any FDT environment.

For the use in hazardous areas we deliver an intrinsic safe, ATEX certified version: isHRT USBeX. It is functionally equivalent to the standard type. The interface has been approved as conforming to the standard isHRT USBeX for area type II(2)G[EEx ia]IIC.
