Wastewatersimulation
SIMBA® is a versatile software package which allows model building and dynamic simulation of biological wastewater treatment processes. For example, hydrographs and pollutographs of the plant effluent can be calculated conveniently. Without having to interfere with the real plant, dynamic simulation allows the evaluation of the plant's behavior for different scenarios and different plant configurations. SIMBA was developed in 1994 and is continuously being extended by ifak e. V. - Institut für Automation und Kommunikation.

The SIMBA® simulation system, with its latest version 5, allows the holistic consideration of sewer system, wastewater treatment plant, sludge treatment and rivers. All components necessary for a thorough analysis of the constituent subsystems, including their interactions, are now available within the same simulator. [more...]
